5. Entry into force of the Agreement.

5.c. The Agreement may be terminated at any time with unilateral notice from each party to the other party.
6. Security, privacy, electronic communications and intellectual and industrial rights.
The privacy rules, policies and conditions, the operating principles of which are set out below, apply to the privacy, protection, use, processing and transmission of information on the Site.
6.a. 8. Force majeure
Force majeure events are events such as war, occupation, mobilization, epidemics, natural disasters that are beyond the control of the respective party, cannot be predicted or prevented and which prevent the respective party from fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement.
In all of the above cases and for other legally justified reasons, Proper Optical shall not be liable for the late performance or non-performance of the Contract. These and similar cases shall not be considered delay, default or default on the part of TUBITAK or any indemnification obligations of Fiji Optical in these cases.
